E-mails not sorting by sender – Outlook 2007

Problem:

In Microsoft Outlook 2007, e-mails not sorting by From even when the From column header is clicked.

Resolution:

1. Click the View menu

2. Click Current View

3. Click Customize Current View

4. Click Reset Current View

5. Click OK
