How to burn .ISO disk image in Mac OSX
Tue, May 10, 2011On my PC, I used to be a pretty big fan of InfraRecorder for burning .ISO disk image files to CD/DVD. But how does one accomplish this on a Mac? Simple – just follow these steps:
- Insert blank disc.
- Launch Disk Utility from Applications -> Utilities.
- From the File menu, choose Open Disk Image then select the .ISO file you’d like to burn.
- In the list on the left side of the Disk Utility window, you’ll now see an object representing the .ISO file. Click to select it.
- Click the Burn button and select any desired options.
- Enjoy.
