How to disable GPS on iPhone

To disable GPS on an iPhone, use the following steps:

1. Open the Settings appplication

2. Select Location Services

3. Either move the slider for “Location Services” to off, or manually disable specific applications from being able to use Location Services, as desired.

Additionally, Airplane Mode will also disable GPS (along with a fair amount of other functionality).
