MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version

Error:

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version. This could have been caused by installing other messaging software. Please reinstall Outlook.

Best solution I’ve found:

1. Delete or rename C:\Program Files\Common FIles\System\MSMAPI\1033\MSMAPI32.DLL

2. Restart Outlook.
